Mystic Vale Stream Restoration
For the past five years Val has been offering three new annual restoration walks in Victoria around several themes. These 15 walks have now been compiled into a book written with Jessica Miles who coordinated the walks with Val. A second, expanded edition of the book is now available. I wish I had known about this walk! I read, however, that you offer them three times a year? When is your next walk?

The next restoration walks won’t be until February of 2014. They will be on the urban forest. We will have a speaker series this October that will complement and introduce the walks. They will be on October 10 (Victoria Forest Master Plan), October 17 (Saanich Urban Forest Strategy) and October 24 (Victoria Food Forest), all at the University of Victoria from 7:00-8:30.
